All orders under 30 days are to be PAID IN FULL at the time of receiving the invoice. No order or date is held or started unless payment is made. Please make payment ASAP so any supplies needed for your order can

make it in time. Shipping to Maui takes longer than the Mainland.

Orders over 30 days can be held with a deposit and full payment is

due 30 days prior to the event.

We DO NOT use whip cream, curds, fruit compotes or mousse or anything that has a very soft wet center due to the heat and humidity here on Maui. The filling is usually a flavored Swiss Meringue Buttercream. The outside of the cake is finished in a vanilla buttercream and can be any color of choice.

We will not pick your flavors or your design,

you must have an idea and direction of what you want.

Consults are done via Text after you submit the form!

Once your consult is done and the final decisions are made

we will send you an Email/Text with an invoice with a link to make payment. 

Please check your junk mail if you haven't received your invoice. 

After payment is made there are no changes to the order.

When payment is made, please confirm we have received it. 

 

Please note: We DO NOT do heavily themed or character fondant kids cakes.

If you want a specific figurine please send us a link to what you like on amazon or etsy (has a longer shipping time)  and we will order it and

add it to the invoice.

If Availability is open orders under 7 days incur a 25% Rush fee!
 
Orders over 30 days can be held with a 50% non-refundable deposit and

the remainder is due 30 days prior to the event.
Weddings or events 6-12 months away inquire within.


If your event is at a restaurant please call ahead and ask of they accept outside cake and what their plating fee is.

 

If you are visiting and want a cake stand or any serving knife, platters, signs, etc but don't want to cry them with you for your special day please order and ship to us and we can bring it with the cake. 

We can also order it for you and add to the invoice. 
 

​Delivery is optimum and suggested.

At the moment we do not have a Brick and Mortar Location.

You can pick up for free at Foodland Kehalani in Wailuku.

For specific delivery quotes please send the address. For hotels we meet at the Valet we Do Not deliver to the room. If you aren't present at the time of delivery please set it up with the front desk and make sure they have refrigeration.
