The average cake is 4 layers high. They can be adjusted higher or lower to fit a certain look. Based on the 4 layers, below is a starting cost and average amount of servings. The first number is party cut and the second is wedding or cater cut. NOTE: These are starting prices anything added like toppers, accents, detailed piping, flowers will be added on to the cost plus delivery. Please send ALL the information on the order page for a quote.

For tiered cakes plain or naked, pick your size combination and add on $25 stacking and assembling fee. 


**Upon ordering please specify colors, style, aesthetics, flowers, acrylic toppers are used for names, age, and special designs. You are welcome to order your own topper and it is advised to ship it directly to us so we can assemble and finish the cake before delivery. We have someone on island that makes our custom acrylic toppers. Please inquire if you're interested for an additional fee. These aspects are all priced accordingly and added on to the base price.

Cakes are subject to our style and not the style of other bakers and cake designers. Cakes are subject to creative freedom during designing and some aspects aren't always available that were once used before. Specific flowers aren't promised as some are seasonal and availability always changes.

Flavors don't always affect the color of the outside of the cake and are for the inside filling. Most cakes are finished on the outside in our Swiss vanilla buttercream and can be in any color of choice unless specified.

PLEASE NOTE: We are a Food Permitted home kitchen. Cakes, and desserts may contain

traces of nuts, gluten, dairy, seeds Etc. We are not responsible for allergies of you or your guests.

If you decide to meet and pick up your order at a decided location we suggest you do a few things to prepare.


•Make sure there’s adequate fridge space. Most cakes are 5”-12” high and on a cake board 8-12“ round depending on cake size. Cupcake boxes are generally 14”x10”. This entails sometimes taking a shelf out of the fridge.


• For transporting please have the AC on, go straight to your location that has appropriate fridge space, and keep the passenger floor clear for the cake to travel on. It’s the safest place in the car. Make sure the seat has no objects that can fall on the cake.


•Keep cake refrigerated until a minimum of 15 min to a maximum of 1 hour before serving. If keeping a cake out longer please make sure the room temperature is 70 degrees or cooler. 


•If a cake is being delivered please have it come within an hour of eating so you don’t have to refrigerate it.  


•2-tier cakes are not allowed to be picked up. Delivery only! 


•For beach parties delivery it is highly suggested to have delivery within an hour of eating. 


If you choose to pick up, the Frosted Mermaid is not responsible for your cakes and desserts melting or being damaged after leaving our presence. You then take full responsibility for your order! After Delivery we are not responsible for your handling and improper cake care.
